š¹ Brunswick County is hitting pause on new Flock license plate reader cameras.
Commissioners voted at their Oct. 5 meeting for a 30-day pause on buying more of the cameras and related technology, citing concerns raised by some commissioners and members of the public.
The pause gives the county time to sort through those concerns before moving forward with any additional purchases.
