Brunswick County Switching Water Disinfectant Oct. 1 — What to Know

What to expect: a slight change in the taste or smell of your water. That’s normal during the switch.

A few tips: run your tap briefly if the water tastes off. And if you have an aquarium, a pond, or use water for dialysis, take the proper precautions with treated water.

Questions? Contact Brunswick County Public Utilities.

Here’s the funny part: despite all those tickets sold, there were no $100,000+ winners in Calabash. Somebody’s luck has to turn eventually — right? 🍀
