🏛️ Heads up, Longwood-area folks — a big new subdivision is coming up for a public hearing, and this is your chance to weigh in.
The Brunswick County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, Nov. 9, at 4 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers, 30 Government Center Dr. NE, Bolivia, on the Heron Bluff major subdivision (project SS-293).
The proposal from Beazer Homes: 172 single-family lots on about 80.18 acres at Ridgewood Trail NW and Longwood Road (N.C. 904) near Longwood — about 2.15 homes per acre.
