Coastal Carolina and ECU Extend Football Series Through 2034

🏈 Coastal Carolina and East Carolina just locked in their rivalry through 2034.

The schools announced Tuesday a seven-game series extension: it kicks off Sept. 25, 2027 at Brooks Stadium in Conway, with the Chants hosting in 2027, 2031, and 2033, and the Pirates hosting in 2030, 2032, and 2034 — plus the previously scheduled 2028 meeting in Greenville.

The history so far is short and all ECU: the Pirates won the 2022 Birmingham Bowl matchup and blanked the Chants in Conway last season. Coastal gets its first shot at payback next fall — and with Friday night’s App State game going full ’90s, Brooks Stadium is about to have quite the month.
