• Brunswick County Planning Board, Monday at 4 PM (Bolivia) — public hearing on rezoning 77+ acres at 4651 Todd Road SW near Shallotte from industrial to medium-density residential (case Z-942). Three projects on the agenda.
• Carolina Shores Town Board, Monday at 10 AM.
• Calabash Town Board, Tuesday at 7 PM.
All are public — show up, speak up, or just listen in. We’ll be watching the Todd Road rezoning vote and will report what happens. 🏛️
