NC DMV Goes All-Digital: No More Plate Stickers or Paper Registration Cards

🚗 Big change at the NC DMV as of this week: no more license plate stickers or paper registration cards! Registration went fully digital Oct. 1 — officers check your status electronically, and you can grab a free PDF of your registration online. And if you have a teen driver: they no longer need the school-issued Driving Eligibility Certificate for a learner permit. Still have to renew on time, pay your taxes and fees, and pass inspection.
